EPAY METHOD

Follow the steps below carefully to complete your Poppo withdrawal through Epay.

Important: Follow each step in order. Do not share your Poppo security password with anyone, including FH EMPIRE.

STEP 1

Open Poppo Live App

Open the Poppo Live app on your mobile device.

STEP 2

Go to Your Profile

Tap the Profile icon at the bottom-right corner.

STEP 3

Open Your Points

Tap the pink Points section on your profile.

STEP 4

Tap Withdraw Now

On the Points page, tap the Withdraw now button.

STEP 5

Change Withdrawal Method

Tap the two-arrow icon beside your current withdrawal method to change the binding.

STEP 6

Select Epay

Find Epay in the payment methods and tap Bind.

STEP 7

Enter Security Password

Enter your Poppo security password to continue.

STEP 8

Enter the Given Epay Email

Paste the Epay email provided to you by FH EMPIRE into the Account field.

STEP 9

Submit Epay Account

After checking the email carefully, tap Submit.

STEP 10

Tap Withdraw Now

Confirm that Epay is selected, then tap Withdraw now.

STEP 11

Confirm Withdrawal Amount

Check the withdrawal amount and tap Confirm.

STEP 12

Enter Security Password Again

Enter your Poppo security password again to authorize the withdrawal.

STEP 13

Check Withdrawal Details

After the withdrawal is submitted, tap Check for details.

STEP 14

Send Withdrawal Screenshot

Take a screenshot of the successful withdrawal details and send it to the FH EMPIRE team along with your account details.

Withdrawal Process Complete ✓

Send the screenshot of the latest withdrawal details along with your account details to the FH EMPIRE team for further processing.
